Job Summary:
The Systems Integrator specializes in bringing together component subsystems into a whole ensuring that those subsystems function together to produce an overall solution for the customer.
The Systems Integrator provides technically oriented solutions matching customers' needs with existing products.
Provides programmatic solutions to transfer/interface data between systems including but not limited to point-to-point (batch file and VB Scripting), FTP, XML, HL7 Interface Engine.
Leads projects and upgrades as assigned. Proactively supports and monitors multiple databases, applications and application tools making recommendations for necessary system/file modifications to ensure optimal system performance and 100% system availability for our customers.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborates with Business Analysts, BI Developers, Application Developers and other internal and external customers to identify and understand source data systems and network structures for the development and documentation of data models and integration of disparate systems.
Provides solutions using best practices and standards for OSI networking reference model and networking protocols such as TCP-IP, SNA, 802.x and Bluetooth.
Provides programming and technical support for Rules Engine and Work Flow Engines.
Strong inductive reasoning aptitude to facilitate a volume of diagnostic and troubleshooting and problem solving work.
Leads and executes project plans, work assignments, target dates and other aspects of assigned IS projects/upgrades using standardized IS Business Practices and Project Methodology.
Collaborates with key constituents to set project expectations, clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
Ensures proper identification of issues/problems requiring appropriate escalation and follow through.
Includes the creation and management of statement of work, detailed work plan, project budget, action logs and monthly project status. Ensures a smooth transition from project to support mode.
Seeks and recommends new technologies or vendors to address specific business needs or to enhance integration practices. Continues to enhance personal knowledge of systems, integration technology, databases, and programming techniques and provides mentoring to other team members.
Supports multiple systems providing in-depth documentation for those systems including the transitioning to operations and other support groups with complete support/training materials.
Maintains standardized status reports, communicates project progress and proactively identify project delays/issues with timely solution oriented recommendations to avoid project delays.
Provides 24 x 7 on-call support acting as gatekeeper for triage of tickets including in depth notes. Also provides off-hours support whenever necessary.
Adheres to IS Business Practices and available for 24/7 support as needed.
Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 years experience in systems integration, interface engines or related technical IS support.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office applications, database management, networking protocols and system interfacing technology.
Demonstrated ability to provide technically oriented solutions.
Required Education:
B.S. in Information Systems Technology.
Technical School Certification or equivalent experience in a technical/business environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
