Administrative Assistant needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Voorhees, NJ.
The Big Picture:
- Performs Word Processing duties and prepares spreadsheets utilizing various software packages.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Proofs all material for accuracy and context.
- Establishes and maintains files and records
- Assists with various administrative or clerical details as required (eg, copying).
- Screens mail and telephone calls providing information in accordance with Company Policy.
- Makes travel arrangements and reservations.
- Provides back up support to senior level executive assistants. Assists with pre/post meeting arrangements.
- Contributes to effective communication by listening and providing constructive feedback; supporting the creation of an open and honest work environment;
- Knowledge of advanced secretarial protocol and procedures, grammar, spelling and punctuation, company policies, and operating procedures, especially within applicable functional area.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Microsoft Office Suite-Intermediate to Advanced

Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Secretarial Science desirable.
