We are in the middle of an expansion, and are now hiring an experienced Bookkeeper to handle and process invoices, purchase orders, payments, and additional documentation, as well as organize our office operations.
In this role, you will collaborate directly with management and regularly interact cross-functionally and externally to ensure accounting records are maintained in a timely manner, helping to promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance.

Responsibilities Process customer invoices in QuickBooks, as well as other client-specific platforms such as Ariba, Tungsten and InvoiceWorks.
Prepare monthly reports of sales by customers, sales by rep, A/Rs Aging and A/Ps Aging and deliver to management.
Routinely update the open invoice logs for review.
Process Purchase Orders as requested.
Follow up on required customer POs when requested.
Communicate with customers to bring past-due invoices up to date.
Enter vendor invoices in QuickBooks.
Research and communicate any issues with past-due vendor payments with vendors/associates.
Process the monthly corporate American Express statement in QuickBooks, including distributing the expenses accurately by account.
Record invoices and expenses accurately to maintain up-to-date profitability analysis.
Process monthly rent and expenses for office and warehouse.
Provide general administrative support in completing miscellaneous forms, such as credit applications, lien waivers, W-9s, resale certificates, etc.
Communicate with employees, customers, vendors, support staff, and other associates.
Miscellaneous projects as requested.
Administrative Assistance and Operations Support Assist in maintaining company's operational calendar, ensuring entries are accurate and information is monitored for invoicing purposes.
Develop and maintain spreadsheets for organization and coordination of projects.
Place orders for supplies and other products to be used in projects.
Generate labels and other materials to assist in relocation projects.
Support project proposals process in our quoting system as requested.
Create an ordering and replenishment system for office supplies.
Other ad-hoc duties to support the management team.
Skills and Qualifications 5
years of experience in a bookkeeping position, or similar.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel are required.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or relevant field.
Prior experience with quoting software, specifically QuoteWorks.
Prior experience working in a similar industry or in an operations-inspired environment.
Experience working with project management applications such as:
Smartsheet, Monday.
