ITAF is a State licensed Outpatient mental health facility with locations in Cinnaminson, Bridgeton, Lawrenceville, Galloway, Pennsville, and East Orange NJ.
We are located in areas that are considered low income to afford everyone the opportunity to attain services for themselves, their families and their children.
We offer an array of services inclusive of medication management, psychiatric evaluations, psychological evaluations, individual therapy, family therapy, marriage and family therapy and behavioral interventions.
We employ an amalgamation of behavioral interventions as well as pharmacological treatment in order to encourage wellness sound mental health in New Jersey and Maryland.
This position is located in VOORHEES, NJ.
ITAF LLC currently provides services to include outpatient individual therapy, family therapy, comprehensive assessments, medication management, tutoring, and a number of other mental health services.

Responsible for substantiating applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests.
Schedules and coordinates appointments such as meetings and interviews Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Provides support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees.
Verifies I-9 documentation and maintains personnel records Submits requests and assists with new employee background checks.
Conducts audits of various payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends any corrective action.
Updates HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and processes paperwork.
Assists with processing of terminations.
Assists with the preparations and promptings of performance review forms Responsible for the recruitment process for all positions including job posting on indeed, job fairs and all recruitment needs Updates licenses and credentials for all professional employees on an annual basis Schedules conferences or office parties by reserving facilities at local hotels and/or restaurants.
Responsible for the co-ordination of agency monthly activity Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
Maintain eligible candidate lists; provide names of eligible to department representatives upon appropriately approved requests for hire Coordinate post-offer pre-employment physicals, or other preemployment screenings as may be required Prepares new employee files.
Office Manager Duties include overall upkeep of the office include electronic equipment, coverage of all front desk staff needs, ordering of supplies, collation of data to include reminder dues and UR for management meetings, ensuring that office and workstations are at optimal functioning Provide supervision to team, and a right hand to COO Performs other duties as assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
