Golden Home Solutions LLC is looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively qualifying potential customers; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Hours 9 AM to 5:
30 PM (Monday through Friday) Optional OT - Saturdays 10 AM to 3 PM Responsibilities Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner Follow communication scripts when handling different topics Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Daily telephone interaction with our database of customers and prospects.
Generation of appointments for our outside sales division.
Ongoing department meetings and training.
Skills Customer Service Experience (Required) Previous experience in a customer support role/ call center role.
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Job Type:
