Summary:
Center For Family Services is seeking a highly knowledgeable professional to join our growing Team as our Talen Acquisition / On Boarding Specialist.
This individual will become a great asset to our fast paced, busy HR Office, supporting over 1500 employees.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
The Specialist is a key person within the function of our Human Resources Department and responsible for day-to-day On-Boarding duties.
The Specialist will be responsible for data entry; staff on-boarding; orientation, managing personnel files; managing employee electronic files; system administrator of our HR software system.
They will assist with weekly On-Boarding Processing, keeping the Applicant Tracking System updated and provide assistance and training to staff as needed.
Requirements:
High School Diploma and 4 years of HR On-Boarding experience required Bachelor's Degree preferred, in lieu of experience Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask effectively High customer service standards required Function as essential team member while interacting with staff from all programs within the agency Applicant Tracking System experience preferred Ability to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment Current driver's license with an excellent driving record of at least three years.
