Duties:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of individuals to determine their needs and develop appropriate treatment plans - Provide therapy and counseling services to individuals and families - Assist individuals in crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention - Collaborate with other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans - Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources - Provide education and support to families and caregivers - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress
Experience:
-Nursing Home experience required - Familiarity with crisis management techniques and interventions - Understanding of special education laws and regulations - Proficiency in providing accurate documentation purposes Competitive Pay! Job Type:
