Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:

Qualifications:
1-3 years of Executive Assistant experience required; Excellent computer skills with a thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Kofax Power PDF, Aderant and Outlook required; A self-starter who can implement directives with minimal oversight; High degree of resourcefulness and problem-solving acumen; Outstanding grammar, written and verbal communication skills required; The ability to maintain existing relationships with clients and client representatives through email, by telephone and in person; Excellent organizational skills required; Multi-task and prioritize assignments while consistently delivering a quality work-product; Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
