Maximize unit sales and back-end profit by effectively managing and motivating Sales Managers, Finance Managers and Sales / Leasing Consultants.

Previous sales management experience in a retail automotive environment is a must.
Previous experience appraising used vehicles, desking and closing automotive transactions, is a plus.
Previous experience working with auto finance banks, understanding of transactional paperwork and walking customers through the paperwork delivery process, is a must.
Knowledge of dealership management software and vehicle appraisal software/tools is a must.
