Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:
00 AM to 5:
00 PM.

Qualifications:
Two (2) years of legal administrative assistant experience preferred; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds; Multilingual skills a plus; Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under pressure; Proficient in MicroSoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook and Kofax Power PDF; Bachelor degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Responsibilities Assist with heavy client interaction to assist with case management; Data entry into USCIS database - accurate data collection and data entry including writing case notes and other documentation; Effectively communicate with clients to assemble documentation and keep clients informed of case status.
