SAP CIS Business Analyst needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Voorhees, NJ.
Top Skills Should You Possess:
- SAP Knowledge within Customer Service for Utilities: CR&B/IS-U, CRM, and/or FICA
- Business Systems Analysis
- CRM, Billing, Device, Credit & Collections
What You'll Be Doing:
- This position will work as a member of the IT Business Systems Analysis (BSA) support team working closely with business users, process owners, and development teams to ensure effective application use while enhancing user experience, productivity and efficiency, mitigating risks, and resolving issues.
- Responsible for the successful delivery of the break/fix, enhancement, reporting, data and configuration items owned by the CIS BA Team (CRM, Billing, Device, Credit & Collections).
- Identify and define customer requirements for RICEFW & configuration items approved by Governance.
- Create the functional designs for RICEFW items approved by Governance.
- Transition functional designs to the development team to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements and design. Collaborate with the development team as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
- Build and test configuration when requested by the Business. Gain Business approval of configuration changes. Work with the deployment teams to ensure the configuration is successfully moved to Production.
- Serve as a liaison to the business community to ensure that its needs are fully understood.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Expertise in Water Utility implementations. Multiple implementations preferred
- Post production support experience
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred
Qualifications:
- Cross functional SAP and business process experience with ERP and EAM
- Experience with the integration of acquired entities
