SAP EAM Business Analyst needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Voorhees, NJ.
Top Skills Should You Possess:
- Business Systems Analysis
- SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) including Technical Master Data, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, and Maintenance and Service Processing.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for the successful delivery (functional documentation) of break/fix, enhancement, reporting, data and configuration items owned by the EAM Team.
- Identify and define customer requirements for RICEFW & configuration items approved by Governance.
- Create the functional designs for RICEFW items approved by Governance.
- Transition functional designs to the development team to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements and design. Collaborate with the development team as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
- Build and test configuration when requested by the Business. Gain Business approval of configuration changes. Work with the deployment teams to ensure the configuration is successfully moved to Production.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Expertise in Water Utility implementations.
- Post production support experience.
- Data model knowledge and experience with Business Intelligence in the EAM space.
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred
Qualifications:
- CIS/IS-U experience with Customer Interaction Center, Business/Technical Master Data, Device Management, and Contract Account and Billing
- System integration experience with third party scheduling, GIS and other Accounting applications
- Click Schedule/Mobile experience
- PowerPlant experience
- Cross functional SAP and business process experience with FICO
- Experience with the integration of acquired entities
- Multiple implementations is preferred
