Recruiting Coordinator needed for a six (6) month contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Voorhees, NJ.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Enter Requisition into applicant tracking system in a timely manner with proper codes and route for approvals. Post job openings according to standard practice and strategy for each open requisition.
- Schedule candidate interviews and manage travel logistics and payments in consultation with candidates and managers.
- Process offer requests with proper information and codes and route for approvals. Draft offer letters and offer packages for new hires.
- Ensure that process is being followed and all documentation is accurate and loaded into the applicant tracking system.
- Work closely with Recruiter to ensure complete and accurate Applicant Logs for EEO data recording and all reporting requirements.
- Manage processes and paperwork associated with immigration.
- Ensure proper handoffs are occurring between MCS and Shared, Services for new hire on-boarding.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum of two (2) years Human Resources related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and able to quickly learn Talent Acquisition software tools.
- Strong communication skills, strong team working as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven confidentiality regarding HR matters is required.
